1. Engagement & Services
These Terms & Conditions govern the paid media, digital strategy optimization, and marketing consulting services provided by Shantanu Sharma. By submitting a lead form, booking a consultation, or engaging in services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Client Obligations
Clients must provide timely access to necessary advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4), assets, and accurate business data required for optimization. Shantanu Sharma is not responsible for campaign delays caused by lack of system access.
3. Fees & Advertising Spend
Consulting fees are billed as per the agreed project scope or monthly retainer. Direct ad spend budgets are paid directly by the client to the respective advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and are entirely separate from consulting service fees.
4. Results & Warranties
While performance strategies are designed using industry-best conversion optimization practices, specific ad delivery costs, revenue outputs, and exact ROI results are dependent on real-time market trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior. No exact financial returns are guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, strategies, and custom blueprints shared during consultations remain the intellectual property of Shantanu Sharma, unless explicitly transferred to the client upon full payment of the invoice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shantanu Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or account suspensions initiated by platform policies, arising out of the performance campaigns.
